1. Your agreement with Snaype
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the services provided by Snaype, Inc. (“Snaype,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it; references to “you” then include that organization. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the services.
A separately executed agreement controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms. The order or checkout accepted for a subscription controls its stated commercial details. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information; it does not replace a separately agreed data-processing agreement.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement. Provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for the permissions you grant to team members and connected services.
Workspace owners and administrators manage membership and access within the permissions available to them. Do not misrepresent identity, professional status, licenses, affiliations, or authority to act for another person. Account creation, directory inclusion, or a claimed profile does not constitute a professional license or an endorsement by Snaype.
3. Software and professional responsibility
Snaype provides software and information tools. Snaype is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage broker, lender, insurer, title company, appraisal firm, law firm, or consumer reporting agency. Our software does not establish a professional or fiduciary relationship with you or your clients.
AI responses, calculations, summaries, drafts, property information, and estimates are informational. They are not legal, tax, investment, insurance, or lending advice; an appraisal; a credit decision; a Loan Estimate; a rate lock; a pre-approval; or a commitment to lend. Licensed and otherwise authorized professionals remain responsible for regulated activities and all decisions made using the services.
Property intelligence and AI summaries are not intended as consumer reports or substitutes for legally compliant tenant, employment, insurance, or credit screening. Do not use them as an eligibility determination where a consumer report or another regulated process is required.
4. Data quality and AI limitations
Source records and AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or outdated. AI can generate unsupported statements, incorrect calculations, and fabricated references. A confidence indicator or agreement between sources is not a guarantee of accuracy. Review original records, applicable dates, and professional requirements before relying on or distributing results.
Valuations, comparable-property analyses, payment calculations, and other estimates depend on assumptions and available inputs. They do not guarantee market value, loan eligibility, availability, pricing, taxes, insurance, or future performance. Independently confirm material facts with the relevant record keeper, provider, or qualified professional.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-prepared communications and authorizing external actions. An integration’s availability does not grant permission to access information, contact a person, or act on their behalf.
5. Your content and limited processing permission
As between you and Snaype, you retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Snaype permission to host, reproduce, transmit, process, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the services, carry out your instructions, and comply with law and the applicable agreement. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Snaype.
You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit content and personal information, connect applications, and direct processing. Follow your organization’s confidentiality and information-security requirements. AI output may be similar to output generated for others and is not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims. Third-party source materials remain subject to their own rights and restrictions.
6. Acceptable use and fair housing
Do not use the services to break the law, discriminate unlawfully, engage in housing steering, deceive others, invade privacy, infringe intellectual-property rights, send unauthorized or unlawful communications, distribute malicious code, bypass access or usage controls, extract credentials, or interfere with the services. Do not resell or redistribute restricted data or remove required source notices.
You remain responsible for fair housing, fair lending, consumer reporting, privacy, advertising, telemarketing, electronic communications, licensing, and recordkeeping requirements applicable to your activities. A software-generated suggestion or disclaimer does not excuse prohibited conduct. Snaype may restrict an activity or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, or a security threat.
7. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Prices, currency, billing interval, seat counts, included usage, storage allowances, add-ons, and any applicable taxes are disclosed in your plan and checkout. Review the total and recurring-charge details before authorizing payment. Creating a login does not itself authorize a subscription charge.
Recurring subscriptions renew for the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. You authorize the charges presented when you subscribe and any subsequent changes you approve. Manage available cancellation and payment controls through the billing portal linked from your workspace. For help accessing cancellation controls, contact support@snaype.com. Cancelling an integration or merely ceasing to use Snaype does not cancel a paid subscription.
The current standard plans are month-to-month. Upgrades, downgrades, usage packs, storage packs, and post-cancellation access follow the terms shown in Billing terms and your account. A one-time usage pack does not renew; a recurring storage pack continues until removed or cancelled under the applicable subscription controls.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the effective cancellation date displayed by the billing provider. Cancellation does not itself reverse an already processed payment. Refunds and credits are governed by any terms disclosed with your purchase, an applicable written agreement, and mandatory law. These Terms do not create a blanket waiver of statutory refund rights. Report a billing error promptly to support@snaype.com; include the invoice reference, not full payment-card details.
Price or material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply where required by law or your agreement. We will not treat these Terms alone as authorization for an undisclosed charge.
8. Data licenses and connected services
Public records, property data, MLS/IDX listings, and other provider materials may carry separate restrictions on permitted users, display, attribution, retention, caching, and redistribution. Access through Snaype does not expand those rights. You must maintain any required brokerage authorization, feed approval, membership, or provider license.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy notices, permissions, availability, and charges. You decide whether to connect them. Provider changes, outages, revoked permissions, or expired agreements can limit a feature. References to an organization or mark do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
9. Snaype intellectual property
Snaype and its licensors retain their rights in the software, interfaces, branding, and other service materials, excluding your content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, you may access and use the services for their intended purposes. No other ownership or license is granted by implication. Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the services except to the extent applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding this restriction.
10. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features, subject to your applicable agreement and mandatory law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or any service level unless expressly agreed in writing. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, nonpayment, legal obligation, or security risk. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using the services and cancel subscriptions through the applicable controls. Export content you need before access ends. Content retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy and applicable account terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, confidentiality obligations, and applicable limitations—survive termination.
11. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and except as expressly agreed in writing, the services and third-party information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. You must exercise independent judgment and obtain professional review appropriate to the decision.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits resulting from use of the services. Except for liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, a party’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid or payable by you to Snaype for the affected services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100.
These exclusions and limitations do not restrict liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, amounts properly payable for services, or any liability or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting language in these Terms.
12. Changes, disputes, and general provisions
We may revise these Terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments. If you disagree with a material change, you may stop using the services and cancel future renewals. Your rights concerning prepaid services are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
Contact support@snaype.com to attempt to resolve a concern before pursuing formal proceedings, where practicable. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or displace a court or governing law that applicable law entitles you to use. A specific governing-law or venue provision in a separately executed agreement applies according to its terms.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder will continue to apply. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms and applicable orders or executed agreements constitute the agreement concerning their subject matter. Legal and service questions may be sent to Snaype, Inc. at support@snaype.com.
