Snaype, Inc. provides software. It is not a brokerage, mortgage broker, lender, insurer, appraisal firm, law firm, or consumer reporting agency. Snaype’s AI does not lock rates, issue pre-approvals, pull credit, or provide a provider’s license credentials. Regulated activities must be handled by appropriately licensed and authorized providers.
Verify before relying on information
Property records, ownership information, listings, taxes, permit data, risk indicators, and AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Records can differ between sources and may describe different dates or property conditions. Source agreement and confidence indicators do not establish that a fact is correct.
Confirm material facts with original records, the listing provider, the relevant public authority, or a qualified professional before making a financial, legal, insurance, lending, or housing decision. Availability of a record does not establish its suitability for a particular use.
Estimates and AI-generated work
Estimated values and comparable-property analyses are not appraisals. Payment estimates and scenario calculations are not a Loan Estimate, credit decision, rate quote, rate lock, pre-approval, or commitment to lend. Actual terms depend on the provider, verification, eligibility, market conditions, and other factors.
AI may produce errors, unsupported claims, or fabricated sources. Review calculations, citations, draft messages, and documents before using or sharing them. AI content is not a substitute for licensed professional judgment or required independent review.
Listings, directories, and third-party rights
Listing availability, prices, and details can change. MLS/IDX and other licensed data remain subject to the relevant feed agreement and display rules. Required brokerage identification, listing attribution, provider notices, and timestamps must accompany the relevant display where required; this page does not replace them.
Directory inclusion or a claimed profile does not constitute endorsement, verification of current licensure, or a recommendation. Independently verify licenses and disciplinary records with the relevant regulator. Third-party marks identify their respective owners and do not, by themselves, establish a Snaype affiliation.
