1. Scope and responsibility
This Privacy Policy applies to the Snaype website, property intelligence tools, AI features, directories, and workspaces operated by Snaype, Inc. (“Snaype,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains our handling of personal information in connection with those services.
When a business provides information to Snaype for processing in its workspace, that business may determine the purposes of the processing. Its instructions, the applicable service agreement, and its own privacy notice also govern that information. Your employer or workspace administrator may control access, retention, connected applications, and account administration. This policy does not replace a customer’s obligations to its clients or other individuals.
2. Information we collect
- Account and professional information: name, email address, account identifiers, organization, role, profession, and license or NMLS information you provide.
- Workspace content: messages, prompts, AI responses, uploaded documents, knowledge-base materials, contacts, notes, tasks, and other content submitted to or created in the services.
- Property and directory information: property addresses, searches, public records, professional profiles, source records, and information obtained from data providers or submitted in profile claims and correction requests. Public availability does not mean information is always accurate or current.
- Connected-service information: information you authorize us to access through integrations, which may include email, calendars, contacts, files, and authorization tokens. The information accessed depends on the integration, permissions granted, and features used.
- Transaction information: subscriptions, selected plans, seats, billing status, invoices, and payment-provider references. Payment details entered in a payment provider’s checkout are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy notice.
- Technical and support information: IP address, browser and device information, request and error logs, authentication events, service usage, and information you send when requesting help.
Provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts or support messages.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and administer accounts; authenticate users; deliver requested property research and AI features; manage workspaces, integrations, subscriptions, and billing; respond to requests; maintain records; investigate errors, abuse, and security incidents; improve service reliability; and meet legal obligations or protect rights.
Information submitted to an AI feature, together with relevant context retrieved for that request, may be processed by the model and infrastructure providers used to deliver the feature. Connecting an application or requesting an action can also require transmitting information to that service. Review the relevant permissions and avoid sending information that your organization prohibits from being processed in this way.
Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, the basis depends on the activity and may include performing a contract, complying with law, pursuing legitimate operational and security interests, or obtaining consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn for future consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. When we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, payments, communications, security, and technical support; to people authorized within your workspace; to connected services at your direction; and to data providers where a request requires it. Access should be limited to the information relevant to the service or authorized task.
We may disclose information to comply with legal process, investigate misuse, protect safety or rights, or facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current Snaype website does not use advertising cookies or optional analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the website’s current use of cookies.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of the service relationship, customer instructions, account status, security needs, and legal recordkeeping requirements. Account content, billing records, security logs, and backups can have different retention periods.
Subscription-related access and the applicable post-cancellation workspace-content retention period are described in Billing terms and your account. Those terms do not mean every record is removed at the same time. Information may be retained when required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, or subject to a valid preservation obligation; backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle completes. Export information you need before access or retention periods expire.
6. Security and processing locations
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No service, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials confidential, use appropriate account protections, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Processing locations depend on the services, deployment, connected applications, and providers involved. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where those providers operate. Do not assume that every feature or connected service provides a particular data-residency commitment unless it is expressly stated in your applicable agreement.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. Exceptions and verification requirements may apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Send requests to support@snaype.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the request and your relationship to Snaype. We may need to verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority using information proportionate to the request. Do not email identity documents or sensitive identifiers unless we arrange an appropriate verification method. If we process information on a business customer’s instructions, we may direct the request to that customer or assist it as appropriate.
You can disconnect integrations using available account controls or revoke permissions with the connected provider. Disconnecting does not automatically delete information previously imported into a workspace. Essential cookies can be controlled through your browser, but blocking them may prevent sign-in. Because the current website does not conduct cross-context advertising tracking, there is no advertising-cookie setting to disable here. A browser’s Do Not Track signal does not disable essential authentication or security functions.
8. Children
The services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Snaype, contact support@snaype.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change. A new policy does not override rights that applicable law gives you.
Questions and requests concerning this policy should be directed to Snaype, Inc. at support@snaype.com.
