1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small value a website asks your browser to store and return with later requests. Cookies can maintain a secure login or remember the workspace you selected. Other technologies, including browser storage and tracking pixels, can serve related purposes. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy.
The current Snaype website uses essential first-party cookies for authentication, sign-in protection, and workspace selection. It does not set advertising cookies or optional analytics cookies. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to optional tracking.
2. Essential website cookies
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
realhome_login | Temporarily maintains the sign-in state and verification information needed to complete an authentication request. | Up to 10 minutes; removed after successful sign-in. |
realhome_session | Maintains your authenticated session and allows the application to authorize signed-in requests. | Matches the authentication provider’s access-token lifetime; the application defaults to 15 minutes if no lifetime is returned. Removed when you sign out. |
realhome_workspace | Remembers the workspace you selected after the service checks your access. | Up to 24 hours; cleared on sign-out and on a new completed sign-in. |
These cookies are marked HttpOnly so ordinary page scripts cannot read them. They use SameSite protections and are marked Secure in production. The names retain an earlier internal product prefix; they belong to Snaype’s application.
3. Authentication, payments, and connected providers
The sign-in provider, Google or Microsoft sign-in, a hosted payment page, or an application you choose to connect may use its own cookies or browser storage on its own service. Those technologies can have different names and lifetimes and are governed by that provider’s cookie and privacy notices. The inventory above describes cookies set by Snaype’s application, not every cookie a separate service may set.
Microsoft 365 embedded experiences also depend on the host application’s session and browser restrictions. Blocking third-party cookies can affect embedded sign-in; opening Snaype directly in your browser may be necessary.
4. Your controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. You can also sign out to remove Snaype’s session and selected-workspace cookies. Deleting cookies does not cancel a subscription or delete server-side account information.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, interrupt authentication, or stop workspace selection from working. Because the current website sets no optional analytics or advertising cookies, it has no optional-cookie categories to accept or reject. Essential cookies are not presented as optional choices.
If we introduce optional cookies, we will update this policy and provide the notices, choices, and prior consent required by applicable law before enabling them. A future tracking feature must not rely on this policy as a substitute for an actual consent or opt-out mechanism.
5. Updates and questions
This policy reflects the website’s cookie use as of the revision date above. Service changes may require updates. For cookie or privacy questions, contact Snaype, Inc. at support@snaype.com.
